DOMESTIC:
For domestic shipments in the continental United States, our standard method is UPS (United Parcel Service). Products headed for Alaska or Hawaii ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).

INTERNATIONAL:
For shipments outside of the United States, we use USPS “Priority Mail International.” We also offer UPS for an additional cost. 

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from musikraft.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We have a strict policy against misrepresenting the value and/or contents of orders on international customs forms. Such misrepresentation would put us at risk legally. Any requests to misrepresent will be ignored.

TRACKING INFORMATION:
When your item ships, you should receive an automated email saying that the order has shipped. Please login into your account to see the tracking number.
